Now we have our resort. We have been enjoying our self-cleaning Compass Contemporary pool and SPA and would highly recommend the compass team and its products. For anyone looking at a pool it is vital to do your planning and the sales team at Compass have the patience to work through this with you. We changed our mind on the type of pool and design 4 or 5 times before signing the contract. Things to think about are the placement of the pool / SPA considering landscaping, fencing and aesthetics, where to place the filter equipment, and I would recommend that you have this on a plan before the install as there are electrical / earthing connections and council requirements for pump covers enclosures that need to be checked out. The self-cleaning comes at a cost but with the Viron connect the pool and spa virtually looks after itself and we can manage it on our iPhone. We have solar electricity and this keeps the running and heating costs very reasonable.
We now have a resort feel at home and would not hesitate to recommend the compass pools and their teams from the beginning to the end. It is a big job but a very enjoyable investment.

Forty years and two husbands later…. I finally have a pool that I’ve always wanted! Our pool was installed in November 2019 and finally finished landscaping etc in February 2020, and it looks great. Our grandkids ranging from 9 months to 14 years loved coming over to swim in it. Initially we were not going to get the self clean system but by visiting the display centre at Tomago on several occasions, we were really impressed how clean the pools were, so hence self cleaning we chose and do not regret it one bit. There are a lot of extra cost involved other than the Compass contract, so be aware. We cannot fault the service right from the start with office staff, salespersons and all of the trades people recommended by Compass Pools that resulted in our beautiful pool. So lucky to have our pool. I have never had a pool and the whole process with Compass from start to finish was great – we have honestly truly loved having the pool, the best decision we have made and get a lot of use out of it – more than we thought we would. It is very easy to look after with the automatic self cleaner. Our family and friends really love it – and we just love looking out to it in the yard. Putting in a pool is no small undertaking but the team at Compass Pools were wonderful to work with from start to finish. As always, with such big projects there are complexities along the way but these were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our time frames were met and the pool was ready for summer fun. We are delighted with our new Vogue 7.15, fitting perfectly in our tight backyard (we weren’t sure it could be done!). The Vantage in-floor cleaning system is brilliant! Keeping the pool looking great with minimal maintenance is a daily gift, summer or winter.

From the initial meetings and quoting stage, throughout the install and the handover, the whole process ran smoothly and the staff went above and beyond. Beautiful quality that is self cleaning! The pool only just went in and its winter at the moment, but during summer it will be used every day without a doubt. This pool is self cleaning, Except for the odd leaf I have to scoop off the top this pool looks after itself.

Compass Pools Amazing Service. We have had a Compass Pool for over 13 years and the self cleaning system has over the years has been running like a dream. Our pool was always sparkling clean until one of the self cleaning heads stopped popping up. We contacted Kate in the office and she was so helpful and caring. She organised straight away for Paul the Pool specialist to do a home visit to assess the pool. So glad that Paul called on us as he was so pleasant and helpful. He diagnosed the problem and conducted a full pool system inspection. He identified that our pool pump was at the end of its working life. He offered to replace the pump at a amazing price and fixed the pop up head issue at no cost. We could not be more happier with the service from both Kate and Paul. We would highly recommended Compass Pools and the self cleaning system to anyone that was thinking of getting a pool.

Soooo in love with out pool. The self cleaning system feels like we are cheating, it seems too easy to be true, as summer approaches we will be living in out pool cooling off in our luxury hassle oasis.

Love our compass swimming pool, we have a very unlevel block and was so happy to find out we could have a fibreglass maxi rib pool to solve our problem of having a difficult site and to give us the result we wanted to achieve. Combined with our self cleaning system we are free to enjoy our time around the pool. A great job accomplished by Brian with design concept.
