Slade Point sits between the CBD and the northern beaches — a peninsula suburb wrapped by the Coral Sea on three sides, with Lambert's Beach at the tip and the Slade Point Beach stretching along the northern edge. It's an older suburb with strong family roots, established gardens, and a rare Mackay geography: genuine coastal on all sides without the ridge geometry of Eimeo or Dolphin Heads.
Slade Point blocks are typically flat, 700–900m², and often already have mature gardens, existing patios and a family history of outdoor living.
